DSH plugin: bridge to a Siemens TIA Portal MCP server (TIA Portal Openness). Registers mcp__tia__* tools for reading and writing PLC/HMI content, compiling and diagnosing. Siemens ships no official MCP server, so you supply the Openness-backed server binary and fill in one path after install.
